Illusionary Weaponry
dancing dagger
mantis touch
exhausting assault
horn of ox
death blossom
(self heal slot) Ancestor's visage, sympathetic visage, distortion, illusion of weakness, etc
(extra slot depending on area) maybe blade of steel if you don't need rez sig, or another self heal.

The attribute should be obvious enough.

This got to be IW in highest DPS form, as one can just hit away at the enemy until he die. It obviously lack some disruption, so you better pray that your team mate has them. (zomg, IW + slow version of 100 blade x3! lol, why is 100 blade an elite because of IW? -_- )

Although IW is a gimmick and probably always will be, but it isn't so bad for having fun once in awhile.

Does IW work with attack skills, since with IW your attacks never really hit?

I just realize this post http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...82#post1582282

O.o

He must have posted it while I was playing with this build without knowing he know the trick too.

The godly part about this is, IW never hit, which means the off hand attack stay as long as it last. During that off hand state, you can spam as many dual attack as possible, as long as it doesn't connect.

The attack skill's bonus are all gone, but the beauty of dual attack are that it still swing twice anyway.

Yes, it is. Not sure how useful, but it seems promising.

I posted while you were playing it? You put up this thread 30 mins. after I posted it in the IW strat section, lol. I've been running this build for a long time now, and have posted it at least a month ago or longer at another site that I can't link to because of the rules here. I just decided to put it here at this site finally. Let's get the story straight at least.

? It sounds like you got offended somehow. It wasn't meant with any harm, it was just an interesting coincedence.

I apologize if I did offend.

Anyway, thats not important. Not like anyone got ownership copyright on GW builds.

Seems my Me/R might have some competition as far as IW is concerned...
Still Pet+Tiger's Fury+Pet attacks+Run as One will be difficult to beat in any respect.

I think I'll stick with you. Tigers fury is cheap, dual attacks cost too much energy.

so...does death blossom still do damage to the adjacent foes?

The amazing coincidence of seeing my setup re-posted a mere 30 minutes after I put it up at this site didn't really bug me; I saw it early on and decided not to respond regardless of how it was ascertained. Next time I know to complete my postings before a half hour goes by in the future. But I certainly don't like being accused of having watched someone play it online and then writing on what is my own build as the second post insinuated. In any case, what's done is done.

Oh good Lord, get over yourself, people cry like babies around here when they don't get credit for a build. I hate to burst your bubble but there is always someone else who is running the same build somewhere else. Just because they don't post it here or anywhere else doesn't mean you were some genius who created it. A build is nothing more than a build, eveyrone can copy it and use it, get over it.

Just in case this is a serious question, yes, that's exactly why Hundred Blades is an elite.

It wasn't in the early betas, and IW mesmers and warriors were eating everybody else alive in PvP.

Theres a thousand more examples to be sure, but thats the first which came to mind.

Screw you and the horse you rode in on. If I feel like responding, I will... just as your dumba$$ did to an issue you're not even a part of.

Like I said, I had absolutely nothing to say when this thread went up soon after I posted it in the IW forum... I only responded when the followup post falsely suggested I ripped it from him on the battlefield. And, as I said above, it's over - so why bring up something no one is even discussing anymore? Get your facts straight before you choose to look like a dullard.
